Just okish. Restaurant n food below average . There is lots of room for improvement . Need a mature management I suppose Edited and following added . post a reply from the management asking for areas of improvement : Starting with the Pros Good location , great budget Cons : Continuous sounds of furniture moved about on the floor above, even late into night . Restaurant not properly maintained . Food ordered at room service had too much salt in the dishes . Morning buffet : Had to ask and wait for plates. What is needed : simple standard operating procedures and instructions to the staff.. A Budget Boutique hotel does not mean that quality should be compromised. Offer whatever service you are giving now with a touch of commitment and quality . You are already giving the service so why not with more quality of service ? This can help in improving a customers stay and prompt for a continued patronage

If you wish to enjoy a quite and budget friendly hotel than this is your go to hotel. Staff are really polite and ready to help you with their best efforts. Overall good place stay for couples of nights.

I highly recommended the down town hotel. The rooms were spacious enough with all amenities. The staffs went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable,providing exercise customers service.

Location is really good , its peaceful , clean and green. Rooms are are also pretty much the same as advertised. They are clean and beds are really comfy. The service was also great. Hassle free easy checking with brevistay hourly booking. No embarrassement or awkwardness for couple. Just order your food from outside. The food was not good.

Worst experience during check in, despite confirmation by Hotel on mail about the check in time, I have to wait for 2-3 hrs for the room to be vacant ! Pathetic ! Manas the fellow at the desk is helpless ! If you are making a reservation off line, do ask about the vacancy of the room at the time. This does not give good vibes about the owner / management

Comfortable, quiet and great location. I was in Hyderabad for 10 days to meet my family. The staff is helpful and its great value for money.definitely family friendly and extremely comfortable for women.

Recently I stayed in this hotel for a week.The location is perfect.The food is just awesome 👌.The breakfast setup is amazing.As it was first time in India the friendly staffs helped me a lot.I believe most of the staffs are from ODISHA.Some of the best people I have met in my life.Thank you so much.
